Y’all See Chance The Rapper Sing Happy Birthday To Beyoncé?

The Made In America Festival wrapped up September 4th – the same day as Beyoncé’s 35th Birthday. So Chance The Rapper made it a point to wish her well.
Sunday’s festival also finished with Coldplay and Dj Khaled but before they took the stage, Chance The Rapper performed a Simpsons-inspired tune for the pop superstar:

This Philly mega-concert also had a visit from former President Bill Clinton. No word that he was able to wish her a happy 35th.
