UFC 205 With McGregor, Philly’s Alvarez Goes On Sale This Week

UFC 205, which takes place for the first time at Madison Square Garden on Saturday, November 12, goes on sale this week.
Tickets for this mega-matchup featuring Ireland’s Conor McGregor and Philadelphia’s Eddie Alvarez go on presale Wednesday, September 28 and then go on public sale Friday, September 30 at 10am.
McGregor, UFC’s Pay-Per-View king and its featherweight champion, will face Alvarez, UFC’s lightweight champion. McGregor is coming off a win against Nate Diaz is an exciting August bout, while Alvarez beat Rafael Do Anjos in July.
This exciting match-up adds to the anticipation of this event, which will serve as the first mixed martial arts fight at Madison Square Garden since the sport became legal earlier this year. The undercard bouts include a UFC welterweight championship between Tyron Woodley (16-3) and Stephen Thompson (13-1) as well as the women’s strawweight championship between Joanna Jedrzejczyk (12-0) and Karolina Kowalkiewicz (10-0).
