The Daddy Yankee vs. Don Omar Reggaeton Battle Hits The Garden This Summer

May 26, 2016

The Kingdom: Daddy Yankee vs. Don Omar tour heading to New York City on July 30 is finally scheduled to go on public sale on June 10.
Announced last year, this highly anticipated tour launched in Puerto Rico in 2015 and recently made a stop in Las Vegas on May 6:

Now the tour moves to New York City, taking place at Madison Square Garden on Saturday, July 30. Listeners of La Mega 97.9 FM know DJ Alex Sensation has been giving away concert tickets before it goes on sale via ticketmaster.

Earlier this year, reggaeton’s biggest hitmakers performed together on #Billboard2016. The Kingdom: Daddy Yankee vs. Don Omar will use a concert format similar to a prize fight or a hip hop freestyle battle, as each artist will perform their greatest hits then the audience will pick the winner via their smart phones and social media. Michael Buffer was even used as part of the concert at Coliseo de Puerto Rico José M. Argelot in San Juan, Puerto Rico to give that big-boxing-event effect.
