Rihanna May Headline A Free NBA All Star Concert In NYC

Roc Nation has been in discussions to stage a New York City concert during NBA All Star week — probably on February 12 — headlined by Rihanna.
Plans for this public concert are not finalized or made official yet, but plans have surfaced of shutting down a few square blocks in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, which is a neighborhood just a short walk from Madison Square Garden and New York Penn Station.
The NBA All Star Weekend usually attracts tourism from celebrities and fans alike which spurs lots of entertainment options leading up to the weekend’s basketball festivities. Already announced is a Hot 97 concert headlined by Snoop Dogg and Puff Daddy at The Theater At MSG on Feb. 12.
